Visual Rapport application was designed to provide a whole new way of
instant communicating right from a desktop/laptop PC. Visual Rapport offers
a PC Console that will allow customers to view every user's availability,
such as: online/offline, away, busy, at lunch, etc. Some other features of
Visual Rapport are the ability to send "Insta-Messages" (Instant
Messaging), file transferring, Telephone Call Control (Answer, Outbound dialing,
Place call on hold, Call Park, Call Transfer, Disconnect, etc.), and Screen-pops
(based on callerID or DNIS).
Minimum PC requirements: Pentium II or greater
with Windows 2000 or XP configured with 128MB RAM and 250 MB free disk space.
Recommended PC requirements: Pentium III or greater with 2000, XP, 2003 or
later configured with 256 MB RAM. CD-ROM Drive and a minimum of 500 MB (available)
Hard Disk space.
