Shadow CMS is a robust, easy-to-use application designed to meet the needs of any size or type of customer. Shadow CMS can be targeted to specific markets including: Hospitality (i.e. Hotel, Motel, Student Residences, etc.), Professional (lawyers, engineers, accountants) and General Business. Shadow CMS has fast/flexible report generation capabilities, export features and a built-in job scheduler. Users can assign tariff, fixed and per minutes costs to local, 800, long distance and international calls.

Minimum PC requirements: Pentium II 350 MHz or greater with Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT (Service Pack 6.0+), XP or later configured with 128 MB RAM. 1 available serial port for SMDR connection (or SMDR connection via Network), CD-ROM Drive and a minimum of 500 Mb Hard Disk space is recommended for most single-site environments. For email integration, ensure PC is equipped with MAPI compliant email application (including Outlook and Outlook Express).
Recommended PC requirements: Pentium III or greater with Windows 98 (second edition), ME, 2000, NT (Service Pack 6.0+), XP, 2003 or later configured with 256 MB RAM. One available serial port for SMDR connection, CD-ROM Drive and a minimum of 2 GB (available). Hard Disk is calculated using 100MB for software installation + 7.5 MB per 10,000 calls. For email integration, ensure PC is equipped with MAPI compliant email application (including Outlook and Outlook Express).
