Norstar Call Pilot call center and enhanced call center licenses are to enable call center applications within the unit. These licenses are already present within the voicemail but need to be activated by authorization codes. Call center licenses will allow for ACD groups and agents. Also this will put callers in que to a certain ACD group and will assign certain agents to that group. The initial authorization code you need for the call center comes in two types: Basic and Enhanced. You can only add additional agents onto the Enhanced Call Center. The agent authorizations codes come in bundles packaged by 1 seat, 4 seat, 8 seat, 16 seat and 32 agents.
